សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ព្រមានដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ពិនិត្យឡើងវិញពីការទិញទំនិញពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា) បើរដ្ឋាភិបាលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន មិនដោះលែងលោក កឹម សុខា មិនឲ្យគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិដំណើការឡើងវិញ មិនព្រមរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតត្រឹមត្រូវ ដោយមានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិចូលរួមផងដែរ ហើយមិនព្រមផ្តល់សេរីភាពពេញលេញជូនប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរវិញ។

ដូច្នេះ បើលោក ហ៊ុន សែន នៅតែកាន់អំណាចបែបនេះទៀត ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរជាច្រើន នឹងបាត់បង់ការងារ បាត់បង់ជីវភាពរស់នៅ និងបាត់បង់សិទ្ធិសេរីភាពទាំងអស់។

តែបើលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឈប់ចាប់ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរធ្វើជាចំណាប់ខ្មាំងទៀត ហើយបើគាត់មានភាពថ្លៃថ្នូរចុះចេញពីតំណែង ពេលនោះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ នឹងមានការងារធ្វើដ៏ល្អប្រសើរកាន់តែច្រើន មានជីវភាពរស់នៅកាន់តែខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ហើយមានសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពពេញលេញ ក្រោយពីការបញ្ចប់អំណាចផ្តាច់ការដ៏ព្រៃផ្សៃដូចសព្វថ្ងៃ។

សូមរំលឹកថា សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ជាទីផ្សារធំជាងគេបំផុត សម្រាប់សម្លៀកបំពាក់ ផលិតនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
Today the European Union’s Foreign Affairs Council (which is made up of Member State Ministers responsible for Foreign Affairs, Defence and Development) adopted a number of conclusions on Cambodia, including the following :

- The EU is Cambodia's biggest export market. The Council notes that Cambodia has been granted preferential access to the EU market under the "Everything But Arms" (EBA) scheme. In this context, the Council recalls that respect of human rights and fundamental freedoms, including labour rights, is also a crucial part of EU’s trade policy and underpins the granting of EU trade preferences. The Council invites the Commission to enhance the monitoring of the situation and to step-up the engagement with Cambodia in light of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 978/2012.

- In view of recent developments, the Council may consider specific targeted measures if the situation does not improve.

The real and only conclusion is: Hun Sen must stop holding the Cambodian people hostage in order for him to perpetuate his brutal and anachronistic dictatorship.
