ក្រុមគ្រួសារ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងមន្ត្រី ជាន់ខ្ពស់ គណបក្សប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា កំពុងតែ ត្រៀមខ្លួន ទៅរស់នៅ ឯបរទេស ពីព្រោះ ពួកគេ ដឹងថា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ជិតបាត់បង់ អំណាចហើយ។  ឧទាហរណ៍ គឺ លោក នេត សាវឿន ដែលជាក្មួយប្រសារ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងជាអគ្គស្នងការ នគរបាល ជាតិ ដែល បានចាយលុយ យ៉ាងសន្ធឹកសន្ធាប់ ដើម្បី ទិញសញ្ជាតិ ឲ្យក្រុមគ្រួសារគាត់ ទាំងមូល ពីប្រទេសក្រៅ មួយចំនួន, ដូចជាប្រទេស Cyprus នៅទ្វីបអឺរ៉ុប ខាងត្បូង និងប្រទេស Saint Christopher and Nevis នៅទ្វីបអាមេរិក កណ្តាល (តំបន់ Caribbean)។

More and more of Hun Sen’s relatives and CPP high-ranking officials are preparing to leave Cambodia to settle abroad because they know that Hun Sen will soon have to step down. A prominent example is Neth Savoeun, Hun Sen’s nephew-in-law and Head of the National Police who has spent USD millions for his whole family to get foreign citizenships from countries such as Cyprus in Southern Europe and Saint Christopher and Nevis in Central America (Caribbean Islands).
